Mac Candy Yum Yum swatch and review for NC42 Skin

Hope you all having a good time in 2014.

So today i'm giving my review on Candy Yum Yum by MAC. 

So here we will see the outside packaging, usual MAC lipstick tube.

Black Sleek, Gorgeous and have little bit of shimmer all around. I'm a crazy fan of MAC lipsticks and their packaging.

Here is how the color look in the tube. Its a matte lipstick. Super pigmented color.

This is the swatch with out flash. Just a single swatch or stroke. You can see how opaque this color is.

This swatch is with flash. Its look a bit purple in the light. 

This is how it looks on my lips. You definately need a lipliner before applying this lipstick. Otherwise this bubblegum fuscia pink will be on over you. 

It can not be a everyday lipstick seeing it is such a intense color and you need TIME to apply this lipstick.

Here, how it looks with flash. (P.S my lips are really pigmented, specially my uper lip is really dark).

Now you see why i said you need time to put on this color. Otherwise you may mess arround your lipstick all over you.

It is really drying on my lips for some reason. I do love MAC matte lipsticks but this one is just get really dry and flaky on my lips. I'm NC 42 in MAC and i have put a lot of effort to make this color look good on me. It is a bit over powering color for me but i do get compliments from others when i wear this color, but i do not like this color on me that much. I always mix some other lipstick or lipgloss on top of this.

This color stay on the lips for like hours and hours without touch up so this is really a good benefit. 

I would recomend this color to light to medium skin tone girl.You don't have to listen to me as it is universal shade and anyone apply this. If you know how to make this color look good on you.

Color pigmentation - Opaque 👍,color does sits on the creases 👎

Price - $40NZD 

Texture - Matte, bit drying on the lips without lipgloss.

It is a pricy lipstick, i would suggest before buying this color trying any dupe of this lipstick and see if you like the color on you. For me this shade will look super cute, girly and PRETTY on light color skin.

I would give 3.9 to this lipstick seeing does dry my lips out and color sits in the crease.
